Challenge
Qlik, a global leader in data integration and analytics, introduced a new social selling platform to help its Sales Teams better connect with customers and prospects on social media. To ensure French employee engagement, the Marketing Team needed fresh, easy-to-implement ideas.
Approach
Among the many proposals from OneChocolate, Qlik opted to create short, three-question “Top Ambassador” portraits on LinkedIn, featuring the platform’s power users and French spokespersons.
These profiles struck a balance between professional insights and a light tone, paired with an exclusive photo. Each interview ended with the featured employee nominating the next profile candidate, creating a chain across the platform.
Results
Over the course of a year, OneChocolate produced multiple ambassador portraits, shared on Qlik’s new platform as well as LinkedIn. Beyond boosting adoption of the social selling tool, this initiative also enhanced Qlik’s employer brand in France.
