Challenge

As a new player in telephony and video conferencing, Spoka was looking to position itself in a market dominated by well-established international players. Another difficulty is a market segment (freelancers and VSEs) that is very cautious with its investments and is used to free solutions.

Approach

To reach this target on social networks and boost the audience of the new brand, we produced, in co-creation with Spoka, a series of humorous mini-videos on the theme of corporate communication, in order to feed a competition for micro-businesses on Facebook and Twitter. For the winner of the competition and his or her employees, a social media training course provided by Isabelle Mathieu, a well-known influencer in this market segment.

Results

Enhancement of Spoka solutions through a product test on Isabelle Mathieu’s blog and promotion of the competition on social networks, boosting the impact of the campaign and the visibility of the videos on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube.
