Riding the dazzling wave of success of GoPro cameras, Rollei, one of the great names in photography in the 1920s and 1930s, wanted to launch its range of Action Cams to the general public, targeting the younger generations in particular.
Approach
After the successful launch of Rollei in France, we wanted to go beyond simple product placement and highlight our customer’s differentiating elements, with the aim of making Rollei known to the lifestyle media.
In addition to a classic product loan campaign for journalists, we set up a tailor-made event for Rollei: a pop-up showroom set up in a new space in the centre of Paris, where journalists from the general IT press and the general public could come and discover the full range of products available at their convenience. and leave with a press kit.
Results
Rollei is now one of the most influential players in the market.
Rollei is now recognized as an excellent alternative to GoPro products, especially thanks to its accessories that are considered to be the most interesting on the market. The journalists were able to test the products and see the difference in quality and innovation in the Rollei ranges.
